1. Description of Fortified Rice Production Line:
In order to meet people's requirements for nutrients in foods, after years of research, we have developed a recombination of whole grains according to their nutritional ingredients to make a kind of whole grains nutritional rice that looks exactly like real rice. Crush rice, wheat, corn and other grains directly, add a certain proportion of broken rice flour, flour, and then reshape. The fortified rice obtained is a whole grain food.
The molding of nutritional compound rice requires certain high temperature and high pressure to gelatinize starch, but does not puff. It is necessary to control the proper gelatinization degree and the lowest possible puffing degree during processing.
While retaining the nutrition of grains, the nutritional compound rice improves the taste of coarse rice, coarse noodles and whole grains.
Raw material:
Whole grains refers to the general term of other grains other than wheat and rice, mainly including: corn, sorghum, buckwheat, millet, mung beans, peas, basil, sunflower, sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, etc. At that time, according to the formula, process the raw materials into 60-80mesh powder for later use.
