Components of the line

Our nutritional powder production line consists of several key equipment, covering the entire process from raw material processing to final packaging. The following are the main components of the production line and their functions:

The powder mixer is an important part of the production line, responsible for fully mixing various raw material powders (such as flour, corn flour, rice flour, etc.) with auxiliary materials such as water and salt. Its mixing shaft and funnel design ensures the uniform mixing of materials, providing a good foundation for subsequent molding and processing.

 

The screw conveyor plays an important role in material transportation in the production line. It drives the screw through the motor to transport the material from the outlet of the mixer to the feeder of the twin-screw extruder. This conveying method is not only efficient, but also ensures the integrity of the material during the conveying process.

The twin-screw extruder is one of the core equipment of the production line, mainly used for expansion molding. It uses high temperature and high pressure to expand the mixed materials to form semi-finished products with a certain shape and structure. This process can not only improve the taste of the materials, but also improve their nutritional value.

The oven is a key equipment in the production line for removing moisture and increasing shelf life. The oven usually has an odd number of layers and can be heated by electricity, gas or oil. By precisely controlling the temperature and time, the oven can effectively remove excess moisture from the material while maintaining the integrity of its nutrients.

The pulverizer further pulverizes the material through the centrifugal action of rotation and the gravity of the blower. The pulverized material is discharged through the cyclone separation device, and the dust is recovered through the dust collection box and filter. The pulverizer crushes the material into the required particle size through the impact, shearing and grinding between the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade. By replacing the screen, the fineness of the powder can be adjusted to meet the needs of different customers.
