Work Flow :
- The process begins with the Mixer, where raw ingredients like cornmeal and spices are blended uniformly, followed by the Screw Conveyor, which transports the mixture to the Rotary Head Extruder for shaping into Kurkure's signature forms.
- The shaped snacks are lifted by the Hoister and transferred to the Separating and Cooling Rotary Drum, where they are cooled and separated to prepare for frying.
- The Vibrate Feeder evenly distributes the snacks into the Continuous Fryer, ensuring consistent frying for the perfect crunch, followed by the Vibrate De-oil Machine to remove excess oil.
- Finally, the snacks move to the Flavoring Line, where they are coated with precise amounts of seasoning, delivering the iconic Kurkure taste before packaging.
