This line mainly use the meat meal, fish meal, bone powder, corn powder, soya meal and other grains' powder as main materials, by adjusting raw materials, temperature, humidity and other process parameters to produce the innovative shapes, high nutritional and savory food for pet food. This line can be widely used to produce food for dog, cat, fox, bird etc and also floating or sinking aquatic feed for fish or shrimp etc.
1. Mixer :all kinds of the materials mixed here with water and salt
2. Screw conveyor :the feeding hopper linked with the outlet of mixer,the motor drives the screw inside the pipe feeds the material into the feeder above the twin screw extruder .
3. Twin screw extruder:there is a high tenperature and high pressure effect inside the barrel,resulting in material rapping when the material is pushed to the discharge of the front section of the barrel to Mold them into different shapes.the cutter rotate at a high speed to cut out the desire product.
4. Air conveyor:the product is thrown and light,the air flow is driven by the fan,the product can be blowed into the oven.
5. Oven:remove the moisture and increase the shelf life.
6. Flavoring line:the fuel injector spray the oil on the surface of the product to help the seasoning powder stick to the product.
7. Cooling machine:lower the temperature of the product.
