4. Controlled Frying for Consistent Quality

The automatic electric fryer maintains precise temperature between 150-170°C. Frying time is adjustable between 60-90 seconds. The result? Noodles with consistent color, perfect crispiness, and the right oil absorption ratio (20-22%).

5. Flexible Shaping Options

You can produce round or square noodle blocks by simply changing the molds and dough knives. The line comes with one set of each, and additional molds are available for different sizes and shapes.

6. Easy Cooling and Packaging Ready

The cooling machine uses 5 fans to bring noodles down to room temperature before packaging. This ensures longer shelf life and better quality.
