The doritos chips production line uses corn flour, corn starch and rice flour as the main raw materials, which are then mixed with water, vegetable oil and salt, and are made through extrusion, molding, frying or baking processes. Extrude the doritos chip maker and mix into triangle, circle, square or other shapes. After being fried and seasoned, the final snack will be as crispy and delicious as the brands on the market, doritos and tortillas. In the composite molding process, some scrap edges will be reduced, but it can be ground into powder for reuse and filled with raw materials in a certain proportion for reuse. Therefore, the doritos chip production line can minimize production costs.

Working Principle of Doritos Processing Line

The making of doritos is a special extrusion process. The cornflour material is wetted with water in a flour mixer and conveyed into twin screw. Doritos is cooled down in a cooler to remove the water. The forming machine passes through different moulds to produce different Doritos. The Doritos are then fried or baked in a deep fryer or baking machine, the whole line work is automated and superbly automated.

The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder, wheat flour individually or their mixture.
