Equipment

Component	Function
Mixer	The mixer thoroughly blends the raw ingredients, such as flour and water, to ensure an even distribution. It does not form dough but prepares a uniform powder mixture, which may contain air bubbles due to the mixing process at normal pressure.
Vacuum Extruder	The vacuum extruder eliminates air bubbles from the flour mixture by operating under vacuum conditions. This process improves the texture and mouthfeel of the dough, making the pasta smoother and more consistent. The dough is then shaped into various pasta forms.
Molding Machine	The molding machine shapes the dough into specific pasta shapes (e.g., spaghetti, penne) by forcing the extruded dough through molds or dies. It ensures uniformity in size and shape for even cooking.
Vibration Drying Machine	The vibration drying machine gently shakes the pasta to help evenly distribute heat and reduce moisture content, preventing pasta from sticking together and ensuring more uniform drying.
Continuous Drying Machine	The continuous drying machine uses controlled heat to further dry the pasta, removing any remaining moisture. This ensures the pasta is fully dried, extending shelf life and preventing spoilage.
Cooling Machine	The cooling machine cools the dried pasta to room temperature, stopping the drying process and preventing it from becoming brittle, while ensuring it maintains its shape and texture.

Application

Diagonal cut macaroni:
The oblique cut macaroni is a short, obliquely cut tube. Its cut surface is in the shape of a nib. It tastes chewy and can absorb a lot of sauce in the tube.
 

Screw macaroni:
Screw macaroni is a short, spiral-shaped noodle. The spiral pattern of Screw macaronii can easily catch the sauce, and the taste like eating it jumps in the mouth will make people feel very interesting.
 

Solid vermicelli spaghetti:
Solid thin noodles are more chewy than solid extra-fine noodles, but not as good as solid flat noodles. Its diameter is mostly 2 mm, and its cross-section is quadrilateral.
